Statutory Warranty

Your satisfaction is our priority, so we offer you a 1-year warranty on all the jewelry. This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects. A product used outside the usual precautions would not be covered. The product must have been worn while respecting the precautions of use.

Precautions of use:
Please, avoid contact with water. Remove your jewelry when you exercise, before putting on cream or perfume, and before sleeping. Store them in their respective pouches, away from moisture.
Do not wash your jewelry with chemicals, just wipe it with a dry soft cloth or microfiber.

Applications of the warranty:
La Fanette replaces the product identically (same product) OR makes a replacement in value (equivalent value, different product).
