Shipping Policy
FOR HOLIDAYS, ORDERS PLACED BEFORE 3PM EST SHIP SAME DAY (for In-stock items only).
All orders ship from our Boston workshop in the United-States.
1) Order Processing
Semi-fine jewelry (gold-plated and rhodium-plated)
Semi-fine jewelry is ready to ship. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to process and ship.
Once your order is ready we'll email you with a tracking number.
Fine jewelry (sterling silver and 14k gold)
Shipping for fine jewelry pieces won't be immediate since there’s no actual stock. It is made to order. Please allow 4-5 weeks for your jewelry to be crafted and shipped.

2) Domestic Shipping
Domestic shipments (within the United States) are shipped via:
- USPS First Class Package: 1 to 3 business days;
- UPS: 1 to 2 business days.
3) Insurance
At the checkout, you can choose to include Route shipping insurance, which will be added to your cart for 2.5% of your order value. This will cover your package against loss, theft, or damage. We strongly recommend this option. If you would prefer to opt out of coverage, you can do so via the toggle button at the bottom of the cart side bar.
If your package is lost, stolen or damaged after it has been marked as delivered by the carrier and you did not protect it with Route, we will do everything we can to assist you, however, we are no longer responsible for packages once they have been successfully delivered.
