Returns
All items are eligible for return except items purchased using a promo code which are final sales.
Return requests for all items must be made within 15 days of delivery by email at: info@atelierlafanette.com
Once the request is approved, the original item(s) must be sent back within 15 days, otherwise the return is no longer eligible.
The item(s) must be sent back with its(their) original packaging, all its(their) original components and the return form filled out and signed.
Please fill out our return form here and send it with your package. We reserve the right to deny any unreasonable returns or exchanges, like an item(s) that have been used, worn or damaged.
The return fees are at your own charge and shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item was defective when the you received it).
We are not responsible for any lost packages during the return process. We ask you to be able to provide a tracking number and we highly recommend you insure your package.
